A student-led project from Escola Concept São Paulo

Common Ground — Escola Concept

Encounters that bring generations closer, transform spaces, and reveal the common ground between us.

How it began

An idea that left the classroom to meet the city.

Common Ground began in July 2026 at Escola Concept São Paulo, driven by a desire to create meaningful encounters beyond school hours.

With the school’s approval and support, we secured the resources for chartered transportation and security. In August 2026, we made our first visit — the beginning of a story we continue to build together.

The idea takes shape

The project is born, its team comes together, and the school gives its approval.

Our first visit

The plan leaves the page and becomes our first encounter outside school.

02

Every month

An ongoing presence

We make one or two visits, either after school or on weekends.

03

What we do

Time, care, and hands-on help.

Students from Grade 9 through Grade 12 take part in each encounter.

We create moments

We plan games and activities, such as bingo, to share joy and genuine presence.

We exchange stories

We talk with older adults and children, listening closely and building connections.

We care together

We help clean outdoor areas and storage rooms, and sort donated items.

Where we meet others

Every visit begins with respect.
